WE now own four books buy this same author. There are lots of great recipes in this book, including lots of easy ones, too. Highly recommend. Love this book!

Jean Watanabe Hee's list of ingredients are short and simple.
I have made many of her recipes and find them to be delicious and easy to follow. The list of ingredients are short and simple. She doesn't require a difficult path to follow, and the results are very good.

It's a OK book for the First timers to Hawaii's food.

This book has some good recipes. I prefer some of her other books though. But if you want to learn about some of Hawaii's recipe then this book is for you.
