Works brilliantly!
It does its job perfectly and there's no spill or any leakage at all. I only use distilled water so I don't have to bother about having to clean any residue or build up in the future. The steam is really strong and can mold any hat!

Total crap for the money. You are paying $100 more for pre heat nothing more. Cheaply made. Make sure you set on a towel on your table as it leaks in several places where a quality one would have a catch basin. Loose connections. I used twice, once to make sure it worked and once to make sure I wasn't hallucinating the first time I used it.
