Is there enough room in this box to hold a key fob?

My 2012 Honda key is WAY too long to fit, at ~3.75". Looks like even diagonally, this lockbox won't fit a key more than roughly 2 1/2" long. And I bought this specifically for that key, so am sending it back. Wish me luck.

How many different combination does this have? is "anyb" the same as "bayn"? with push button ones "2468" is the same as "4628".

For a 3-character code with 26 letters available for each character in the code, there are 26^3 = 17,567 different combinations.

Can this be mounted on masonry? I want to install it outside my brownstone. Thanks.

Sure, you will need a masonry drill and masonry anchors for the screws, but it can be done if you have those. I would suggest that mounting it on a wood door frame is much easier though.

How do you test your code ?

DO NOT put the door on the body of the housing until you have made sure the combination will work , can be done without being in the housing. latch should move open / close if combination is right.
