Great hat, Seems a *little* big.
I preface this by saying I own probably 5 other New Era fitted hats. I am aware of my size, and as such, that's how I know what size to order. This hat seemed... odd. It LOOKS great, I've had 'knock-off' New Era's with the fabric bunching up in weird places and such, but all my other 7 5/8 hats fit snug, but this one has the opposite problem. It technically 'fits' but not in the way that I've come to expect from a fitted hat. I've taken to rolling up a paper towel and putting it in the sweatband liner of the hat and it works okay. I'm not returning it. It's still okay. I still wear it sometimes. But something about it just doesn't fit *right*.
