Works well but should include everything you need.
Very easy to install and setup. Good customer service to advise on correct size, only negative is I had to order an accessories kit but ill i needed was 2 screws and the bracket which screws on to the motor, only for that i would give 5 stars.Over a year later now and still going strong, can’t remember the last time I charged them, if they weren’t so expensive I would fit to all my blinds. Roller house offered to supply me with the addition brackets free of charge for future orders so if this was the case, 5 stars all the way.

Clever idea that actually works
These are very sturdy, clearly well-made pieces of kit. I swapped out the piece that slides into the blind to match the size of my blinds (a simple process using supplied parts), charged them up, slid them in, and then set up the remote and they worked perfectly first time. Great product, would buy again.Customer support are also helpful if you do have any problems. I bought two motors and one of them turned out to have a dud battery, so the seller sent out a replacement for me, no quibbles, no probem.

Pretty Good
The Amazon listing for the Rollerhouse blinds is very confusing. It's hard to work out which unit is which and what is included / not included. However once you've worked all that out the units are pretty good and fairly easy to fit. Also very unobtrusive when fitted.Opening and closing the blinds is not massively fast; although it's not painfully slow either. You can just press a button on the remote once and leave it to do it's job. Getting the top and bottom limits is really easy and you only need to set it up onceI'm not sure how long is required between charges. But it is definitely in the order of months at leastAn annoying thing is that although it does fit standard wall mounts you need to buy a little attachment to screw into the end of the unit so it will interface with a standard wall mount. However in order to buy this small piece of plastic you need to buy a whole bracket set. There may be a better/cheaper solution to this but I've not managed to find oneAlso the instructions are adequate at best (especially for the installation steps) and do not really reflect reality of how to install the unit. Setting up the remote and limits is a little bit more understandable at leastI have two in the same room so ended up having to buy a different remote control that can control both units.I would definitely buy more of these for other rooms if they weren't so expensive. Compared with other options they are well priced. But still expensive

Worked perfectly
Worked exactly as it should have. Fitting only took a few mins. I have paired it with an RF Remote controller (eMylo WiFi Smart IR Remote Controller) and now works perfectly with Alexa. My blind is over 2m wide.I have a 32mm roller with a slight grove on the inside. The motor is a very snug fit inside the roller. There was a few metal spurs on the inside of the roll from when it was cut by the supplier. I had to remove these with a file to allow the motor to slip inside.I previously had a blind opener that controlled the chain, but it struggled with it as the chain constantly skipping. This roller motor works 100%

If you want to convert your manual blinds to electric order these. They are excellent
Excellent does exactly what it says on the tin. If you already have manual blinds then order these. They don’t come with the fixing kit to connect the motor to the bracket. I improvised using raw plugs a screw and a piece of plastic and it works just fine. I think it actually works better for children so if they grab the blind it’s a failsafe and the blind just unravels. The alternative is that it breaks the plastic fixing when someone swings on it and that’s a lot more effort to fix..

Good product. Will be buying more.
Very happy with this product. Straight forward and easy to instal (presuming you have the right dimensions). Strange how mounting brackets are not included in the kit but rollerhouse were very quick to supply them. Will be buying more of these.

Well made but expensive
I have purchased 5 battery powered kits to automate my blinds. All the blinds have different IDs. Fortunately I am fairly technical and managed to order the correct size for each blind. Three of the motors slid straight in and the other two just needed 1 or 2mm of rubber shaving from the drive roller ribs. Some of the motors fitted straight into my existing brackets and but I had to fit different brackets to fit a couple of the motors. Like all tech, the setting up can be infuriating but once you have done one the rest follow easily. I was impressed that you first set the upper and lower limits and so far mine have kept to those limits. I am in the process of using a BroadLink RM Pro+ to raise and lower them when I am away but that is really infuriating. The first one was so bad I bought a second one ( they are less than £40) to see if it was any better. So far I can get all 5 blinds to go up automation the morning, but only 3 go down at night!! However if I manually press the down button on my iPhone the remaining 2 blinds do go down so I’m almost there. I’m trying to find out from Rollerhouses if they can supply me with a 26mm OD drive roller on a 22mm motor but I’m not getting any sensible replies yet. I’ll keep on trying. The 16mm motor comes with a drive roller of approx 28mm and that can be trimmed down to 26mm but I would like a larger motor as the blinds are long and heavy.

Excellent customer service! - Product Just Installed works perfectly., will update after 1 month
I placed an order for the motor for my motorized blinds. I had removed the previous motor so I knew all the specifications I needed. I'm handy and do most things myself , so I believed I had order the right part. After I placed the order, the company reached out to me and ensured through photos, that I had indeed ordered the correct part. This was not needed as I had measured etc, to ensure I had the right size, speed and remote frequency etc. That being said, they went above and beyond to ensure I did have the correct part, instead of just letting me figure it out and hope everything would work out.I installed the new motor, paired it with my old remote (I made sure the frequency was the same as my current remote), set the new motor limits and my "favorite" position and boom! Good as new!So for anyone that might be afraid to do a DIY motor replacement for your motorized blinds; rest assured that if you're ordering, they will ensure you have the correct part and that it will work with whatever motor you are replacing for your current motorized blinds system. You can YouTube how to replace the motor. Super easy. I saved myself over $600. The company that I originally purchased my blinds from, wanted to replace the entire set of blinds just because of the motor. They said I couldn't even get a motor for it. Do your homework and you should be able to save alot of money!Very happy so far!

Works on Smith and Noble Roller Shades
TL;DR: I don't regret the purchase. It works like a charm. You'll just have to struggle with the creatively-worded instructions.I wanted to motorize two Smith and Noble roller shades (each about five feet wide and four feet tall), but I only bought one Rollerhouse (AKA Rollerhouses) motor assembly to try out. It works beautifully, and I just ordered a second one. It took me over an hour to figure out the charming pidgin-English instructions and to manhandle my existing shade to remove both ends of the tube (without completely ruining the shade material). I suspect the second one will only take me about 20 minutes to install. To determine the correct size before ordering, I removed the chain end from one roller shade tube. I measured the tube diameter, but I also noticed that Smith and Noble prints the size on the end piece. Mine said "25mm," so that's what I ordered. When I first tried to put the motor tube inside my shade tube, it wouldn't fit, and I thought I'd ordered the wrong size. But it turned out that the company had pre-fitted it with adapters for a larger tube. They provide the correct "crown and drive adapters" needed, and it only took me another 15 minutes to figure out how to get the larger ones off!The instructions for setting up the remote are clear, but the diagram does not quite match the remote they sent. In order to both pair the remote with the motor and set bottom and upper limits, you'll need to remove the remote's battery cover and access two small buttons found inside, marked C (for confirm) and L (for limit). One review suggested a battery was not included, but mine had a new CR2450 in the box. What is NOT included are the four screws that will attach the brackets. So don't throw your existing ones away! The recharging cord looks very short in some of the promotional illustrations, but it's actually about five feet long. In any case, it's very easy to just remove the shade if you need to move it near a power outlet when it needs recharging. The instructions say that it takes 5-6 hours to charge. It seems to have been mostly charged before going into the box, so you won't need to wait half a day before installing it.The limit settings work well, so, after pressing the up or down arrows on the remote once, it will stop exactly where you want it to. It's perfectly fast enough for me. And it's pretty quiet.Cat Owners Alert: The motor end-piece has a four-inch-long wire antenna that protrudes horizontally and is semi-visible when the shade is open. That means cats will spot it immediately and try to play with it (just prior to destroying it and making your Rollerhouse--AKA Rollerhouses--useless). My temporary solution was to use some painter's tape to attach the wire to the wall. So far, the cats are none the wiser. But we'll see. They're pretty clever.

Funciona como yo queria
The media could not be loaded. Es justo lo que quería para no tener que depender de la cadena y, además, poder integrarlo en mi controlador para poder programarlo. Estoy muy contenta.
