Been using it for a bit now and its quite a nice case. Fits my 2014 MBP 15" with a hard shell case well. The protection is as advertised. There's some sort of pillowey material that runs along the edges of the case with this bubble material on the flat surfaces of the case. However, I do not trust for a minute that this thing has drop protection. At most, what it has done for me thus far, is provide excellent bump protection. Whenever I drop something onto the case or the case bumps into something while in my bag, the laptop is well protected. I've had this occur to me a few times and each time the laptop came out fine (as well as the hardshell case I have on my device). But I suspect that a waist high drop will not be protected from. The case is also water resistant. The pocket on the front is big enough to store papers so that's also a plus. All in all a solid case. ~40$ is on the edge of being a little too steeply priced. But given what it has done so far, it's been worth it.

It is often difficult to fully assess an item on-line but this case was even better as described. It fits my 13.3 inch Retina display MacBook Pro beautifully. The interior is described as suede-like but it is also like an egg crate; the raised bumps protecting the laptop from impact. Further, I can also pack my iPad Air 2 in a slim case in the the same compartment as the laptop. Awesome! The corners are thickly protected, as well. I love the zippered pocket on top. I can carry the charging unit, power cord, two boxed accessory cables and SD cards. There still room for a flash drive or two or a stylus. This case is an excellent value and I was so pleased with it I ordered the grey one and another Tiffany Blue one. The blue is beautiful but I fear it will get dirty looking.

I recently bought a small 12 inch macbook. Definitely was not going to buy a case for it at the Apple store since they'd charge an arm and a leg, so where do I look? Where else but Amazon!! Did some research and found this one, and I love it! The color is nice and neutral, the padding inside is great, not to mention its bubble type padding inside definitely helps with keeping my macbook safe and well cushioned. The size is perfect and the compartment on the front holds my battery well. The zippers are nice and smooth - I hate when zippers don't zip and unzip smoothly. Even the little handles on the zipper is sleek. Design is modern and simple, which I love. It is very high quality and the price is right! Highly recommend.

You might think it is on the pricier side and it definitely is but the quality is absolutely amazing.I thought about it for a long time before finally purchasing but once the product was delivered all the doubt went away! Quality materials and great protection for your laptop.
