Quality is good for the price.
I didn’t scroll through the reviews to see why it would be a “frequently returned item”. I purchased the item based on the fact that it seems there were more positive ratings than there weren’t. And sadly, it seems unless being compensated by a positive review, you’ll have an easier time finding a negative one. People just don’t take the time to write a solid review on a good product. I believe for the price, this is a good duvet. I wanted to share that information with another possible buyer. I could assume it’s customer error of size and measurements that perhaps people negatively reviewed it because the quality of the duvet seems to be high. It feels like linen, and as long as you’re following cleaning directions as advised, you shouldn’t have a problem. I prefer the zipper closures versus the tie closures for a duvet. I’ll probably buy another color when I need to change it out.

Basic, functional duvet cover that washes well.
Nice, basic duvet cover. I typically prefer cotton bedding, but I wanted something inexpensive and functional for my kids. I let the sleep with just a fitted sheet and duvet so I end up washing the duvets pretty frequently.I bought three of these- in yellow grey and pink. They all washed very nicely. They have a bit of a brushed surface which is nice- not a slick, synthetic microfiber feel and came out of the drier wrinkle free. They have 8 internal duvet ties at the corners and middle of each side, which is really helpful. One if the three had smooth ribbon ties and the other two a rougher material. The ties were long enough to crossover, make a bow, and double knot them to the comforter.

Pretty color and fits well, but...
I just received the queen terracotta duvet with 2 shams, which I bought on a limited-time deal for $23.19. I'm leaving a review based on color and fit only (which were my main concerns), not durability, colorfastness, etc. If other issues come up, I'll update this...if I remember to.Color:I bought the duvet in Terracotta, which is in no way terracotta (they are not red-based as terracotta should be), however, I was going on the picture, not the name, and they are just as pictured. The shade is burnt orange (a deep, rich, shade of dark orange) in bright light, and more of a burnt sienna (a deep, very rich, shade of dark orange with brownish undertones) in low light. I live in a bright sunny place so these look very vivid most of the day. When these arrived it was grey and rainy out and these looked awful IMHO, however, they look very pretty when the sun is out or under a warm-lit lamp. I've been taking pictures all day in different light and I'll post some so you can see the difference.Texture:In the picture, these looked like they had a low-sheen and the texture of the fabric kind of had the look of raw silk to me (with the threading pattern I associate with raw silk). The fabric had a somewhat expensive look in the picture. That isn't what I'm seeing in person. There is no sheen and the fabric looks like a sheet, it's not cheap looking but it definitely doesn't look expensive. There are also no decorative elements such as pin tucks or piping on the top or even on the shams. For me that's fine, I have a lot of decorative pillows and I'm only using these for a seasonal look, but if I didn't, the main feature of my room would now be a huge basic, sheet-like duvet. Food for thought.Fit:The fit is perfect! No issues at all. There are ties inside if you have a duvet insert, and there's a zipper closure. The quality of the zipper looks good to me too.Comfort:The fabric is thin (in a good way) and light. I live in a warm place and adding extra heat is a no-go, but it isn't so thin that you can see the color or pattern on the comforter insert. The fabric is soft and smooth, however, I haven't washed it yet, so I can't say how it will be after.Overall I like it a lot for the price. I ordered a light blue set too, but it hasn't arrived yet. I probably won't leave an update for that because I'm lazy. Because of the price, I will probably order the avocado and the seafoam green while the set is still on a "limited-time deal", however, if they were full price I would just stick to the sets I already bought.Hope this helps.

As expected
I’m really happy with the duvet and it’s as expected. The price is really affordable so don’t expect a high qualify fabric but I purchased because unlike ikea, it comes with ties on the duvet to keep the comforter in place. The only thing I am not so happy about is the diver being so large. It does fit my full/queen Buffy insert but there is a good amount of loose fabric and I was hoping for a perfect fit. The size I got (full) would probably fit a standard queen better.

So wonderfully soft!
This duvet cover is so soft!! Straight out of the package it feels like the super soft, perfectly worn sheets at your grandma's house when you were a kid.I bought the linen color and it's just what I wanted- neutral. Not gray and not beige.I think it'll be fine year round- I'll switch out the insert for the cooler seasons. Love the zipper vs buttons & corner ties are robust. Looking forward to snuggling up with this duvet! It's a steal for the price!

Nice quality. Has zipper. Recommend
I purchased this to cover a queen comforter I also got from Amazon. I have itva light press. It fits well. Good purchase. There is a YT video with Rachel Ray that shows how to install a duvet cover. Lay the cover on the bed inside out. Put the comforter on top. From the non zipper end, roll the two layers up. At the zipper end, open the cover and unroll the layers to put comforter inside cover. One person can do this.

Beautiful
Very beautiful color! I stay warm at night. It’s so comfortable! I keep my bedroom cold with my AC and ceiling fan going so I sleep great every night. The size is good, I wish it was a little longer on the sides but it’s not a deal breaker for me. It’s thick, but not too thick. If you want a workout though, this will definitely help you out lol. I would recommend.

Not bright white
The duvet cover is not white. It's more like an ivory. I'm keeping it because I need to cover my comforter and the price is so reasonable. I threw it in the dryer and the wrinkles came out quite nicely. So the only thing I've got to see if you want a pure white do not buy this look for another one.
