I lost a earring back. How can I purchase another earring back?

I have no idea. I didn’t try to replace the one I lost because some stones fell out as well. We threw them away.

Does the post stick out of the back? My daughters don't like how regular earrings poke their heads when they sleep...

No, the end piece screws on to the back and the post doesn’t come out of that. That’s the only kind of earnings my girl likes too. I do check to make sure the back is still tight every few days after one fell of once.
