When I was a kid, I was prescribed a medication called "Antivert" when I got ear infection and fluid behind my eardrums. It helped with dizziness and nausea caused by the fluid. Later, it became an over the counter medication called Meclizine for motion sickness. I have been using it for many years. I took it with me on a cruise, just in case I needed it and still use it for ear issues.Rugby Travel Sickness Tablets are generic Meclizine and work exactly the same way. I like the chewables. I think they work faster than the pills. They taste fine. These work for common motion sickness as well as for ear problems like I often get. I don't get nearly as drowsy as I do with other antihistamines and these are the only ones that actually help with dizziness as well as nausea and the blahh feeling I get when I have fluid in my ears or feel a little off due to motion sickness.I am never without Meclizine and this is the brand I buy since it is inexpensive, has a long shelf life, and tastes fine. They are very effective and work quickly. They're better than Dramamine and any others I have tried. A shiny 5 star rating for these chewables. They help me to enjoy life when my ears decide to give my problems or when motion causes me to feel off.

I take one in the morning before we go out on the ocean fishing. Only stuff that works.

I have used this product for years. Several years ago you had to get a prescription to get this product. It is so much cheaper over-the-counter. The reason I like this brand over the other brands is that you can either chew the tablet or melting your mouth versus having to swallow it.

I used to live in CA and could find these at a local pharmacy. Since relocating to the East Coast, I've not been able to find these locally. This medicine works wonders for motion sickness. For a recent trip to Disney World, we had to drive to the airport, fly to FL, take shuttle busses to/from the airport and to/from the park, and were on rides all day. I took one the night before and one each morning. No nausea! I did also wear the motion sickness wrist ands, but from experience, the bands alone aren't as effective.The tablet is chewable and berry flavored. I prefer not to chew and swallowed the pill whole.From the "don't ride this ride if you experience motion sickness" to plane rides and everything in-between, this medicine allowed both me and my 13 yr old daughter to enjoy our vacation and ride all the rides without getting sick. Highly recommended.

This product works perfectly for me on cruises. I avoided cruising for the longest time, but decided to give it a try to let my wife enjoy an experience at sea. I works great. On our last cruise, in January, I started out taking 2 pills each morning. After a few days, and after having had success with these pills on 4 previous cruises, I decided to cut it down to 1 pill each morning. One pill worked fine for me.These pills are simply a generic drug called meclizine. You can get them under all sorts of fancy brand names, including Dramamine Anti-Drowsy Formula, or you can get them under any number of store brands, from CVS to Kirkland, or under non-fancy brand names like this one, Rugby. Although I can't speak to how reputable or consistent each manufacturer is in their contents and quality control, I figure meclizine is meclizine, and it doesn't really matter which brand you buy as long as you can get it in a quantity and at a price that suits you. 100 pills is a lot for someone who uses these only on cruises, but for the price and the convenience of free home delivery, it seemed okay to me.This was the first time I used chewable tablets. I don't really like the chemical taste of chewable tablets, but these are so small that you don't have to tolerate much of a flavor--and you can swallow it whole if you really want to and then chase it with water when you get the chance.One other thing: I do find I get drowsy with meclizine, though not when I'm on the go. If I take it at, say, 8am, I find I need a nap in late afternoon. When we're in port and touring around actively, I don't feel drowsy at all, regardless of whether I've taken one pill (25mg) or two pills (50mg). Just something to keep in mind as you plan your day. Plus, everyone's different. But it does work for me, even on some pretty rocky cruises.

Great for traveling and motion sickness. Always make sure products are sealed. Only use product as needed.

I use this product before when I went on a cruise so that is why I ordered it because I know it works.
