Good book
I haven't read any other Digital book so I can't really compare this book. But if you take anything from this review know that the book is useful, but you seriously need and instructor and hands on experience. This is not for self study. There is the "nitty gritty" that I don't see how you can possibly learn about Digital Circuitry successful without a teacher guiding you though the unexpected behaviors of the circuits. The book has some errors, and some way horrible techniques, but overall the book is more helpful than not. Also if getting this book, I STRONGLY suggest you get the Experiments Manual. It really helps out. Even if you aren't a class. You need that hands on practice.
