Artland Masonware Beverage Jar with Chiller and Infuser, 6 Mason Jars, Faux Wicker Stand

This is a great glass beverage container. The size is very large (3 gal) and will certainly accommodate most large parties. The center infuser could be bigger; the manufacturer choose to make the largest space inside for ice. However, you can simply let your fruit float if you wish to add more. It has a rattan-type stand, of which I was wary, but it's wound around some sort of metal support system to make it sturdy.Sadly one of the included glass mugs arrived broken, but since I didn't need them for this party, it wasn't an issue. This container is great for event planners, family reunions/cookouts or any time you need a large container.My only real complaint, if you can call it that, is that I think the plastic lid looks cheap. But it's just a detail. Clever people will find a way to cover it, others won't care. Either way, it's a winner.

The spout where water comes out releases water very slowly. It takes about 57 seconds to fill a small plastic cup.(smaller than a typical red solo cup, the small clear ones.) I called the company's customer service (not Amazon) and spoke with a rude woman who told me she couldn't do anything about it and asked if that was the only reason I called. If the spout were to release water faster this would be great. I would rate it 5/5, but sadly cannot. A giant mason jar with a little basket like stand and little mason jar cups with handles is a good idea and looks better than the average beverage jar.

What happens to plastic when exposed to an acidic substance?? It DISSOLVES! That's what this infuser did after only three uses and when I put the chiller into the infuser, it stuck and won't come out! So I went on to my Amazon account to request a return, and I got an error message that simply said "something went wrong, please try again later".Seriously? Don't waste your money (cause you won't get it back from Amazon!)

I love my mason jar it holds 3 gallons of water so I can make all different kind of lemonade Fusion Waters and it comes with four glasses excellent beautiful I give it 5 stars and I will recommend you to buy it thank you have a blessed day goodbye

The 3 gallon size is perfect for a small party or a picnic. Two of the mason jars arrived broken, but contacted the seller and had it taken care of hassle-free.

The mason jar glasses were broken (4 out of 6).

The reason why I rated this product as a two is the glasses broke during the shipment. Only one survived. The product is pretty nice though and we like it in a since of good use.

I am highly disappointed!As I open the box to take out the pitcher I see that it is broken. The pitcher arrived in it's original packaging box which means they didn't take the time to properly secure and cushion the pitcher so that it would not get damaged during shipment. This is very frustrating cause now I have to go through the process of returning it 😤

Very disappointed. I ordered this twice and I was so excited to get it for my deck. Both times it came to me there were broken mugs. There was very little packaging and glass went everywhere when I opened the box. Also the basket is plastic and once you add any liquid to the jug it would sink, the spigot is plastic and very hard to turn and will easily break. So sad because it looks so pretty.
