I have been taking this product for 2 weeks ( 2-3 capsules per dosage in morning to avoid insomnia ) and I can not notice any change in energy or strength when weightlifting or in my libido Maybe it is too soon to comment. The label is vague whether this is a concentrated extract or just root powder. I suspect it is not concentrate and my dosage is too low.
