I had to get someone very strong to put it on. I love it. The last one I had - I don't remember the brand - eventually faded from black to a weird greenish color, so I am covering this one to protect it from the sun. If you have covered or garage parking , you may not need to. It's soft and thick and keeps an unheated steering wheel from being too cold in winter (or too hot in summer). I wish it was easier to install, but the tight fit means it doesn't slip around on the wheel.

It is extremely soft! Whenever I first got it, there was some dust like particles on it, but they went away after the first day. It was fairly easy to get on and it hasn't slipped since. It's has helped my hands not get burned in the blazing Texas heat and kept them from freezing in these winter months. I love the color and is exactly what I wanted! It is definitely not real wool though, in case that's a major deal for others. For reference, this fits on my 2020 Honda Pilot steering wheel (it's 15 inches), which has been surprisingly hard to find a steering wheel cover that fits.

The softness of this cover is UNREAL. It is genuine leather and wool, I know this because I’m mildly allergic to wool and it certainly affected me. LolDon’t care.It’s PERFECT. I’m obsessed.The installation would have gone a little bit smoother if my steering wheel was a little bit smaller or if I had the foresight to wet the leather of the cover to make it more malleable.I didn’t think to wet it down to allow for durable stretching and as a result I tore some of the stitching and some of the skin ripped a little.Honestly I blame myself for this and NOT the seller.This was RIDICULOUSLY comfortable to grip, my hands felt so warm on my chilly drive to work (I installed this last night).I’m honestly surprised at the durability of the cover considering I tore it in three places.The cover shows no signs of being damaged but I love it to much to risk not having it anymore so I’m buying a back up in case this cover gives up on me.But now we know, soak it to relax the skin for a less compromised installation. Plus when the leather dries back out, it will conform perfectly to your steering wheel.I give this a 100% thumbs up.

Color - I was looking for a light pink fur steering wheel cover and this one hit the nail on the head. It’s so pretty and the perfect pink I’ve been looking for!Softness - it is so incredibly soft! I look forward to driving just for the sole purpose of touching my new cover.Installation - the installation process is very straight forward - just apply it on there. It’s a little tough to install because it fits snug, but it’s just a 1 step process which makes it easy. I had an easier time putting the cover on from bottom to top so I can use my thigh to hold the bottom part of cover on the wheel while I quickly applied the cover on top.Shedding - it shed a little bit while I was applying it and I have yet to see more shedding.Fit - it fits on my steering wheel very snug, so I am not worried about it being to loose and posing as a potential hazard. However, the fur doesn’t necessarily cover the part that stretches over the wheel. It makes the item look cheap. In addition, the product image is misleading. It appears thicker in the photo but as you can see from my photo, it’s a lot thinner. You can see the stretchy material, so I knocked off a star. I was worried about the cover covering the buttons on my wheel but it isn’t.

It came sealed! It feels very soft, and it had mild shedding in the beginning which was expected but after it’s great. I love it! It’s a snug fit, I was worry about it slipping but it’s very slip resistant for me. Glad I went with this one!

Super soft and comfortable. Tight fit when you first put it on the steering wheel but just work it around holding one side in place.

I have used sheepskin covers for my vehicles since the 80's (I live in the desert, there is NO better protection from a burning hot steering wheel- or from a cold one in winter).This one caused me disappointment.It is a plush, nice-feeling sheepskin leather cover with wool still attached; for my Saturn wagon with 14" steering wheel, this cover should have been easy to install- NO WAY would it fit on a 15" wheel! I couldn't get this on by myself & had to have my hubby do it. He said it's so tight, if it gets slightly twisted while turning the wheel, it'll sling right off like a rubber band. Also, having the elastic so tight, the desert heat (112° today, you can add about 50° more for car's closed interior) will dry out & ruin the elastic.Sorry to say, but I won't buy this brand again; of the many I've used in the past (more than one each, in a Dodge Dart, Chevy Vega, Chrysler, Lincoln Town Car, Chevy van, Hyundai Elantra, Saturn & now Mountaineer!) I never had one too small to fit the wheel of a small car.
