The brand quality usually speaks for itself and this movement holder is no exception. Have used it to service dozens of movements so far. Always holds the movement tight and secure with no slippage. Highly recommend over cheaper alternatives.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product! It exceeded my expectations in every way, truly living up to the description. It's not worth messing about with the knock-offs. Just buy one these. You're likely going to eventually, it's better to save the money you'd have spent on a knock-off and just get this. You can spend that $15 - $20 more effectively in other places.

Sturdy and well made, but expensive for what it is.

The workmanship is beautiful, like all Swiss-made, Bergeon products. It appears to be made from nickle plated brass so it won't scratch delicate watches. I work on 16 size (16S) and 18 size (18S) antique pocket watches. This is too small for 18S and many 16S watches. It is better suited for wristwatches. I, therefore, had to get a larger size; these are unfortunately more expensive and difficult to find.
