I recently suffered a boxer fracture from fighting with a steel door. I’ve been doing my own rehab and bought this kit to help. So far it’s greatly improved my grip strength from fracturing some bones in my hand. I don’t have time to go to a rehab place during the day, so this is prefect for me to do while at work as I gain back my mobility.Two things, don’t punch doors. And the individual finger exercise unit in this pack (the one with 4 springs on finger pads) is trash. Just very cheap feeling compared to the other items in the pack. The finger pads often hit each other and are wobbly.

Nice little kit. The finger gripper is great for isolating each individual finger, while the hand gripper is great for overall hand/grip strength. I personally experience fatigued wrists, so these are great exercises to do while sitting and watching TV.

Great cheap product to help with forearm and hand strength. I play video games a lot and this set helps me loosen the tension in my hands in between games. Works just as intended.

Everything arrived as advertised. No instructions needed. So far so good.

These are the same as my gym trainer has me use. There seem t be a number of competing products that are essentially the same. This seemed a good price, and included three gradations of the finger stretch bands.

I love this set, I just wish there was more resistance.

Obviously a cheap overseas product but it does things so that is good.
