This faucet is a great value. Mine has been in operation since October 2018, and works great. The link given on Amazon for warranty is useless. In the manual refers buyers to: [email protected], and provides the address: 20418 E. Walnut dr. N., Ste 1E, Walnut, CA 91789.

The ad SHOULD not be allowed to call it "TOUCH ON" as that is totally UNTRUE! The faucet is OK and works fine but is falsely advertised when it claimed it was "Touch On". Reported to Amazon but have received no response.

IT looks great, my only complain is that it is a bit flimsy installed on a stainless sink, I'm sure it would be more sturdy installed directly on a stone surface. Materials feel a bit in the cheaper side but if this keeps working as it should then it would definitely be a good value for the money.

This has definitely fulfilled my need.I was looking for a cost effective way to improve the look of my kitchen. This did the trick!Small cons to the item: it is a little flimsy and has some push and pull due to its height. It also shows water spots really easily. Depending on what you are looking for you could probably resolve this with going with a more expensive model.

I love this faucet, although I didn’t realize my stainless steel sink was not the same color because I ordered a brushed nickel material. Otherwise looks amazing for a great price.

I was stunned at the quality of this faucet for what it cost. Similar faucets at local stores, even on sale, were running $100 to almost $200. It installed easily and looks and works great. So happy!

I really liked the long neck on the faucet as I use this sink to fill 5 gallon tanks for our camping trips as well as it works great for home brewing.
