Husband got these for his work uniform. He says they feel a little funny and it’s going to take some getting used to, but they work well in keeping the shirt nicely tucked. They are adjustable as he is tall that is appreciated. Held on for his work day with no issues and clipped well to his socks.

I wear it almost every day at work. My complaints are the clamps sometimes come undone from the shirt when making certain movements but it’s very easy and simple to fix. I wish they would clamp down stronger but they work well as is. My actual complaint is the length customizer slides so easily through the elastic that it moves from the initial position I put it in. I have found a solution by tying a knot in the elastic at the length I want and it doesn’t slide anymore. Other than my complaints it keeps your shirt tucked in and makes you look more professional.

The ends that go to the shirt are not adjustable, just the ones that attach to the sock. So if you need to do any kind of fine tuning for your fit you can't. Basically they don't do their job
