Good one for cutting layer cakes
We used it for slicing a 7 inch cake. Cuts smoothly and nicely. It's edges are too sharp. Be careful. Just a tap on it may pierce your skin. It comes with a paper cover for the blade. In the pic, I've compared it with a 1-litre water bottle to give you an idea of its length. It's an asset for a baker. Happy with the purchase.

We use to bread slices after backing.
Cheaper price and long blade help us cut black in even peices.

Bad quality
Useless product. Does not produce clean cuts. The sharp, pointy bits on the knife pierce through the cake/bread and breaks the structure producing plenty of crumbs. My kitchen knife works better!
