I’d been using a multivitamin from GNC for years because it was pretty good, cost effective, and only required one pill per day. Of course that got discontinued so I found Rainbow Light here on Amazon, but they changed that formula for the worse so had to make another switch. I did a lot of research and found these, and overall they are much better quality vitamins with a more comprehensive formulation than the others as well. The downsides are that they are a bit pricier and require taking four capsules per day, but given the formula’s superior ingredients and benefits I think it’s well worth it. Now I just hope they don’t discontinue or change this vitamin too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a much better-than-average multivitamin.

Excellent Multiple capsules. I am wary of multiples, as they are always so lacking in some major nutrients and use cheap ingredients. Not this product! It has a totally complete array of major nutrients, all from good sources, as well as botanicals and antioxidants. Even includes trace minerals and anti-inflammatories, too. This is really an excellent formulation. It is a pleasure to find a product that is so well thought out. It is obvious that the company is current with the latest research concerning what we humans need in our daily diets. I tried four at lunch yesterday and had more energy during the afternoon and evening than I can ever remember since I was a teenager. I was not wired, just full of positive energy and mood. I woke up for a couple of hours in the night ,but when I got up this morning, I was still feeling good. I think it is best to take the 4-8 caps at breakfast, so that one can sleep through the night. I actually bought these to take on a long overseas trip, as I don't like to tote all kinds of pill bottles and little plastic bags full of supplements - just one bottle of vitamins! This formulation does it all!

Do you remember all those extracts and anti-oxidants that show up on the news that you are supposed to be taking? This has most of them. This isn't your typical multi-vitamin. It's gives you all you daily vitamins, heart boosting enzymes, anti-oxidants to keep your body clean of free-radicals, and healthy plant nutrients such as green tea extract and resveratrol from red wine/grapes.I've always had problem swallowing pills but these are not hard to swallow. The smell is overstated on a lot of these reviews. I stuck my nose deep in the container and I wasn't off-put very much by the smell. The tablet may well be another story but the capsules are fine. The ingredient list is outstanding and all the ingredients work well together. Your pee will most likely be dark yellow in the morning but don't worry that's just one of the water-soluble B-vitamins being emptied by your body.Source naturals are always at the top of independently reviewed multi-vitamins. You can bet 99% of the stated potency is there unlike generic and store brands which can have less than 80% of the potency stated on the box. Don't put low quality products in your body. Do your research and find a high quality supplement. Chances are that even if you don't go with source naturals it'll still probably be in your Top 5.

I'm very pleased with this product. I purchased it forseveral years froma local health food store, but no longer was carrying the 'no iron' capsule form. I prefer a capsule for absorption and since I am a senior, iron can build up, so supplementing it is discouraged. When I could no longer find this product, locally, I did very extensive online research into other multiples and after comparison, felt that this was still the most complete vitamin/mineral supplement, in capsule form that I could find. I liked the fact that it also contains additional nutrients that I normally need to be purchased separately, ie., bilberry, lutein, and astaxanthin for vision issues. It also has generous amts. of nutrients like B12, D3, selenium, etc. I take 2 caps with or near breakfast and 2 with or near dinner. I LOVE these vitamins! The energy boost I get from these vitamins is incredible! Not to mention, I lost 5lbs after a month of taking them (and I don't have a lot to lose) without any other diet/exercise changes. Now that I am eating healthier and exercising, I find these to be a staple in my diet. I take them with my protein shake in the morning, and sometimes before I work out. All your essential vitamins and minerals plus all the B vitamins to give you a boost. If I'm feeling tired and logy during the day, it's usually because I forgot to take my vitamins in the morning. I have been taking them throughout flu season along with vitamin C and I have not gotten sick once, and I'm usually sick at least once during the winter. I noticed a jump in my ability to concentrate and focus, I find I get a lot more work done when I take my vitamins in the morning. I would not take them too late at night, if I take them after 3pm, I find I am wired around bedtime (9-10pm) I recommend taking them with food or milk. When I take on an empty stomach, they don't sit too well (stomachache), even a glass of milk is enough.

I've been consuming multi-vitamins for about 30yrs. These are not a disappointment. Although they are more costly than previous brands I've taken, I'm happy with these, and the performance. I would have rated these 5stars for ease of swallow, but for me these are not easy. But this is probably, only my fault; not the manufacturer. The older I get the harder it is to swallow. NO PUN INTENDED!!!

I ordered these after my current vitamin was discontinued at my local co-op. These are almost as good, but you have to take 2 capsules twice a day instead of once daily with my other brand. I will purchase again, good vitamin, but not great. Shipping was fast, product was fresh.

This review is for Life Force multi-vitamin capsules. This is the first time I've bought capsules instead of tablets. The capsules are smaller than the tablets, and easy to swallow. I will continue to purchase. Delivered in a timely manner. Thank you!
