Great personal service and beautifully finished product
Just in case my last review was not accepted, Hartfords phoned me to check the dimensions as these were being customised to fit an existing chair. The cushions were delivered by Parcelforce at the beginning of the despatch window. The cushions were a perfect fit and beautifully made made. We cannot recommend this supplier higher enough. I ordered new cushions for my conservatory chairs through Amazon.The next day a lady from the manufacturers rang me to check the exact measurements of the original cushions which was amazing.Excellent service from the manufacturers . Really pleased with this product. Having had my conservatory furniture for 20 years I needed replacement cushions and these are fantastic. Customised to my exact measurements they fit like a dream are excellent quality and very well made.Just to add, having only just realised that one of the buttons had come detached I contacted Hartford’s who arranged for a member of the team to drive from Oldham to Leeds to fix the button back in. A 2 hour round trip. Now that’s what I call fantastic service.

Got Fantasia set for 3pc suite. Frames in excellent nick after 20 yrs so only needed cushions. Measurements for ours exactly same as on website (with 30 inch back). They fit perfectly, hug the body and are so comfortable. Brightened our conservatory up. Love them and recommended to people already..
