Mess up my back.
Used this product on 13th of July, and since that day I've been in constant pain in my lower back where I never had pain before nor have I ever had back problems. I bought this product with hopes that it will protect my back from injury but sadly it has had the opposite effect on me.. not sure all these positive reviews are true because for me it's has been negative.

Just what I needed to cushion my delicate a**e..!
Good cushioning for a hard floor when doing floor sit up exercises. I was getting discomfort around the lower back/coccyx from a hard floor/gym may before I bought this, now all is fine. So we'll worth the money.

The abs mat for perfect crunches.
This abs mat is excellent! I had reached a point with extreme lower back pain when doing sit-ups/crunches that I avoided doing them. However, from the first time I used the abs mat, all lower back pain ceased and now incorporate crunches on a regular basis. I would recommend this item to anybody (with lower back pain or otherwise).

Perfect Ab Mat!
Brilliant Ab Mat and for £10.99 too compared to other Ab Mats selling on Amazon that are more expensive and I bet exactly the same. Why pay anymore? Comfortable to use, not too hard and perfect for sit-ups. I can really feel my Abs working using this Mat. Highly Recommended.

Great Mat
Very reasonable, high quality and durable. I use this regularly and it is firm, comfortable and durable. It lives outside in the gazebo in all weathers and looks brand new. I’m 6ft 3 and this mat fits me well for a range of exercises. Would certainly recommend it.

good quality helps a lot if you have issues with your back would like it to be a little softer and wider as can be a bit on small side for larger people

It’s not for me - but quality isn’t bad
The quality itself isn’t actually bad, and to be fair, I got it a lot quicker than estimated however.. I have given it a 3 stars because it is way too high, and has made crunches worse for my back - everyone’s built differently I guess, maybe I should have looked at the measurements before diving in!
