8PCS Stainless Steel Refillable Coffee Seal Pods Reusable Coffee Filter Compatible with Nespresso

Works in my DeLonghi Citiz Nespresso machine. The trick with all refillable pods is that you have to find the right beans and grind. However, these pods work *almost* as well as any of the refillable ones out there. My one caveat is that they are just about 1mm wider than the original Nespresso pods at the lip (see photos) and it requires a bit of pressure to get them to sit in the machine. The "Recaps" brand stainless steel pods do not require the same pressure and are exactly the correct dimensions. Since these pods work and are half the price of the other steel ones, I am happy to award them 4 stars, and I have been using them every day this week without fail. However, I do wonder if the wide lip might put a tiny bit too much pressure on the inside of my Nespresso machine, and might therefore cause some problem in the future, which is why I am not giving 5 stars.

First off, if they do not fit send them back for a replacement. I baught these a few months ago. And they did not fit. I made the mistake and forced them in and stripped out the area that stopped the pod from falling though. Not good when I spent $600.00 for my nespresso machine. So I went out and baught a table grinder and grinded the pods just a little and they fit but fall though. I have to put my hands under to stop it and close it in to use it. So, I just baught another set and they are fine. Did not get stuck right out of the box. Test each one first. Make sure it does not get stuck. I will say they work great. NOT HAPPY how they damaged my Nespresso machine. My mistake on forcing them in. That pay for them selves in the second time you use them.

This is a nicely made stainless steel pod. I was excited to be able to use some different blends of coffee in my machine. I checked to see if they fit and they seemed to slip right into my DeLonghi machine. But then i looked through all the boxes for the lids- nothing. No lids ship with the pods, you have to buy the $9 seal pack separately. I went back and reread the product page and at the bottom it does say "Package Including: 8PCS*Stainless Steel Capsule with seal rings". I realized that the seal ring is the green rubber ring about the pod, not the top seal. I thought there would be at least one set of top seals included so i could use them once. I sent mine back and will try a different brand.

I read the reviews and some said it would work, so I gave it a try. Sadly, they're just too large to fit these two machines. Also just looking at them, the holes in seem just a little too large for the proper grind for a nespresso pod. Keep that in mind if you're willing to give these a shot.

This is the second time I bought stainless steel pods. I wanted to have enough pods to fill them all once on the weekend, then use during the week and then wash all at once and keep using. Wanted to try these as they were much cheaper than previous ones I bought (it was a 2-pack only, another brand). Those were bigger than my previous ones so I was careful when I loaded my machine with them, BUT it is very tight, very hard to close the machine and actually broke a plastic piece on my machine when I tried to insert it.

Love this item! So much better than having to purchase the prefilled pods! Now I can use my own espresso!
