Brilliant ingredient - flavour bombs wherever needed
Had Nduja on a pizza found myself searching it out thereafter. It is a very strong taste so if you don't like paprika / chilli (think very strong and quite winey chorizo) then this prob isn't for you. If you do like strong and robust flavours then this might well be worth a shot. Tiny balls across a margarita pizza are just fantastic - or just a spoonful turned into plain pasta - absolutely delicious - or a spoonful into any meatsauce that you want to add depth and spice too.

Jar too big, product was good, hotter than other ndujas I've had but 1 kg pot ok if your catering for large amounts people

Very yummy.
It’s spreadable, kind of like pate but taste very different. There’s olive oil in the jar to allow the sausage to remain fresh, I put it in a container but I wouldn’t advise doing that as it tries out.

Packed with flavour
I’ve been after some years of this stuff for a while now and decided to buy online. Firstly, if you worried about the packaging then don’t. It comes in a custom made box and polystyrene compartment. It is delicious and so versatile I use it in many dishes. It packs some heat so you don’t need much!

If you like spicy this is it.
This is excellent value for money, used in pasta dishes and on pizza. This is spicy Italian meat. Goes well with chicken and fish
