It's heavy! But middling quality.
I bought the heaviest handles with the heaviest rope. The set provides a challenging, heart-pounding workout experience. The rope itself has been pretty great, good durability and flexibility. The handles leave something to be desired. The metal fast-change clips warped under the pressure of my workouts. I'm at an intermediate level at jump rope fitness, so I'm not impressed that I was able to warp these so easily. Once warped, I was still able to use them, but the rope would then fall out of the clip when I folded up the set for storage - irritating. I was able to remove and replace the clips with my own homebrew solution. There's also a plastic edge on these handles that digs into your fingers depending on where you grip them. They've got the weight, but overall these jumbo handles are barely adequate.

Good rope and handles for the money
The rope and handles are very good. I'm a biginer jumping rope. I bought this as a replacement for my first rope after it broke. I've been using them for about a week so far and I'm very happy with it. I like that the rope is simple and that it has a steel wire core so that it won't break.It feels comfortable while jumping. It goes fast and natural but it can hit you hard when you miss a jump.

The clasp the clips from the handle to the rope broke with in 5 minutes of my first use

You get what you pay for.....
I mean I know they are cheap so I wasnt really expecting much. I bought first the Heavy 1oz each handles from SPRI, bad quality, the bearings are horrible and the locking mechanisnm is easilly bent/pulled/openned/broken apart. So I gave it a shot for the lErgo handle and to my surprise I got what apparently look "way too much time in the shelf product" deteriorated rubber bandage which crumbles by brushing it a but with your fingers.... gave it a go and tried it anyways... still same horrible performance, DONT recommend this brand at ALL!!!!

Thin plastic breaks apart at the small fall
One grip rolled off the table when adjusting the length on the other end. The thin plastic center on the end, popped right out causing the weight and spring to fly out. Not what you want if you need something that might bump the ground. Poor thin plastic for a heavier weights.

Muy mala calidad en la empuñadura
Compré la empuñadura mega con la cuerda sumo, la empuñadura se abrió al segundo uso que le di. Cuando llegó el producto iba a regresarlo porque se veía muy frágil, decidí usarlo y a la segunda sesión de entrenamiento los ganchos se abrieron (ya no pude devolverla) no la compren, busquen otra opción.

pesimo servicio y producto
NO LO COMPREN pedí este kit de cuerdas por mi entrenamiento diario y solo me mandaron la cuerda gris sin mangos, lo demás del paquete nunca llego, hice devolución física desde el 26 de julio y es día que no me envían el producto completo por eso doy esta calificación, ojala que me puedan hacer reembolso o que me envíen lo que yo pedí.

too short
I like the rope, it works like I like. But the thing is that you need to specify the lenght of the rope, I'm 6'1" tall and the rope is too short for criss cross but the thing is that I can't ask for a longer rope because there is no option.

Producto muy caro y se vende por separado.
El producto no corresponde con la imagen de primera vista a la q representan .... y al final solo estaba la cuerda y las manijas se venden por separado ...
