Works perfectly without any adjustent or calibration

Ordered product arrived almost a week earlier than initially scheduled. Just had to insert the two AAA batteries, set the time and push the start button. System kicked on with no problems.

Sluggish commands
It does control my split air unit, but seems sluggish in executing commands… power on, operating mode, temperature set. All commands still are a lot more responsive with old remote (unfortunately the screen / display is going bad).
