Voodoo Tactical Men's Open Top Mag Pouch with Bungee System

The pouches came quickly & nicely packaged, something I've come to expect from Amazon & they have yet to disappoint me. These pouches are made with what appears to be heavy duty nylon. Their is six molle straps in the back. The bungee cords seem very durable & hold the mags in securely. I attached it to my Rapdom Tactical vest without any problems, they fit secure & properly. At first I was a bit disappointed when my Tapco AK mags didn't fit, but it was my fault for buying pouches that are specifically made for AR mags (plus the tapco mags are much bulkier than any other brand) . So I decided to see how my Gen3 Pmags fit & they fit perfectly. Overall I am very pleased. Voodoo Tactical just gained themselves a customer.

I purchased this for my urban rifle class, and was a little worried about getting past the elastic retainers during the more stressful mag change exercises. This turned out to be no problem either getting the mag out or putting it back in (quickly, without looking).Construction is solid and fits the Voodoo Tactical 20-9311 Padded Gear Belt perfectly.

Good pouch for the money fits ar mags good and snug no funny business. Not sure if the material would hold up. guess only time will tell. I held a lighter to it to see if it would burst into flames or something crazy, it didnt. (the pouch just got dark and melted slightly) But everything was nicely stitched and the molle on my pouch was in spec and I've seen some pretty funky webbing/ molle before. I liked that the bungee cord isn't sewn into the seems. It Makes it nice to replace chords when it gets all worn and old Or to adjust. Overall not a bad pouch.

For the cost of these pouches, they are very good quality. I was expecting them to have a slightly cheap feel to the material and be thinner in their construction. They are very durable and mounted very well inside of my AR15 drag bag. I was skeptical of the elastic bands on the top but again, very good quality material and the elastic is more than strong enough to keep fully loaded mags in place.

Used these pouches for 3 days of mild training. When I went to relocate the pouches, 2 of the 6 snaps broke off... pretty disappointing. That said, this 3 mag pouch is one of the few available that have 6 vertical straps to provide a tight fit across the entire panel. They're cheap enough that I ordered 2 more... one to install and one as a backup should a component fail again.

Good ol' elastic banded triple AR magazine pouch. Grab tabs are easy to find and draw even with thick Oakley Pilot gloves on. Mags make their exit quick though replacing them is sometimes a two handed affair (use your dump pouch instead). MOLLE/PALS is configured properly although there was a slight variation in width on one webbing band for me, but it was still wide enough to fit. Coyote color matched my Eagle carrier and HSGI battle belt perfectly.

WOW! This thing is great. It holds the standard AR-15 mags perfectly. The pull tabs are nice and tight so you don't have to worry about loosing any of your magazines. The color is very nice and it goes on your MOLLE/cummerbund system perfectly.

The pouch itself is very durable and made well, and the molle straps and snaps are very nicely integrated. The molle on the front is not quite even, so expect some difficulty if you're going to stack more pouches on the front. You'll probably only be able to fit another triple in one spot on the front since the webbing to the right or left will be too tight.Only complaint I have about the construction is that the plastic coating liner they have on the inside has to be worked a bit or you will have some difficulty getting the mags in the pouches. It has a tendency to fold inward a bit when empty (like most pouches) but then the plastic will catch a magazine edge rather than allowing it to slide back in.Overall a great pouch for the price. It would probably be even better paired with some kydex inserts.
