If you need to clean out the insides and feel better, this stuff works. It's my go-to. I can't say it's going to help you lose a ton of weight, though it certainly will help while using it. It's only a 14-day cleanse, however. I will say, 2 pills night and day are too much for me. It can cause diarrhea, so you will have to see what works for you. My system always gets messed up traveling, so these are good to have on a trip too if that happens to you.

It definitely works, can't complain about that. Without going into gorey details, you'll be satisfied with the performance of this product. It does what it says it does. You can also use it to diet, because it leaves the stomach feeling "full". Some people might call it "unsettled", but I choose to call it full. In this way, it has helped me break my bad eating habits. If you try, you can do this too. You can use that full feeling, to not eat nearly as much, if you take it 30 minutes before a meal. But probably anytime, if your body is like mine and this stuff and the full feeling, stays with you all day long like it does with me. You can break bad eating habits this way. You won't really want for snacks, and when its time to eat, you won't really want to eat much food, if you think about the way your stomach feels at the time of the meal.

i take 2 of these every morning if i am just using it to keep me regular...works great...if u are using it in combo with diet, the 2 tabs twice daily...it will definately clean you out...but be prepared to be close to bathroom.

This does exactly what it says it does, i have tried everything and this works best at relieving my constipation. After you take this you will definitely feel the difference, lighter and overall better. I do wish i could take this every day but after taking it for a long period of time, like anything else you body adjusts to it. GOOD STUFF though with no cramping and you will go with 1 days of taking it. It may not work for everyone but has worked for me so far.

Not taking as a cleaner just to help regulate my stomach. Taking one a day. All natural cant complain.
