Just perfect!!
I wanted a family grouping that would represent us as a blended family. My husband and I were each married before, he had 5 sons, and I had one son. After we got married we had another son together! But these figurines were perfect! It represents me as a mom with my two biological sons and the others were a perfect match for the personalities of my “bonus” kids! The father/son figure reminded me SO much of a picture of my husband and one of my step sons, it was just absolutely perfect! I love how they all fit together and makes us all feel more connected and like we are all a family! Each kid was so excited to guess which figuring represented themselves!

Beautiful, but I made it better.
The media could not be loaded. My chosen sister has children that are mixed. While she is blond with blue eyes, her children are dark skinned. She told me that she loved Willow Tree but wished they were more inclusive. She wanted something that reflected her family. So I said, I’ve got this! A little paint, some modeling clay (to make long hair on the older child), patience, and a lot of love later I have the best gift for Christmas. Can’t wait to give it to her.
