finally regulates your cycle
I have only been taking this for three months and been getting a period like clock work . I use an app to keep track as well , I don't think the pills are to big at all , I personally take them with breakfast and dinner so it doesn't upset my stomach and I did not want to go back on birth control as im trying to get pregnant, so this regulates me and helps with all my symptoms I definitely recommend it

Myoionositol role in PCOS
Myoionositol play a big role in PCOS by controlling the Blood sugar as well as promoting ovulation where by regulating the periods on the whole. I had PCOS. But still I am struggling with regulating my periods. This tab taken with ACV and vitex chaste berry helps in conceiving.
