This coffee is the perfect morning cup of Joe. It is a great medium roast, not too light, not too heavy. I brew it with a pinch of cinnamon mixed in and it provides that warm comforting European style coffee that wakes you up. I know this is more designed for the "office coffee pot" or generally sold by restaurant food distributors for diners and what not, but I take the bags and empty them into a sealed coffee jar and spoon it into my own drip coffee machine to make smaller pots. 6 heaping scoops for a 6-7 cup pot of coffee seems to be the right balance for me. I am a bit of a coffee snob and know a good cup of coffee vs. a bad one. This will not be the coffee you will talk to all of your friends about, but it will be the coffee you will look forward to having in the AM.
