I did not realize it non-returnable, hence not returned the product. Here are the list of damages.- Front shape is odd, Bell is completely odd out of shape- Neck has big dent where completely pressed inside- Keys back side not finished properly- Bottom thumb is bad and too high and paining when I rest thumb on it- Inside Bell, finishing is really badI did not get my product for money I spent.

This is an amazing product I have bought.Good sound as a professional sexophon.Was same as it is shown in the picture.I had paid not much as compared to the quality of the product.

Simple, even for younger one because its light weight, it's good for a starter.
