Nice sound

I have to say, I've owned this three days now and have yet to actually use the radio or CD player--this boombox was worth the purchase price alone for its quality as a bluetooth speaker. I haven't needed to use the other components because I've been playing NPR and Pandora from my iPad via bluetooth, and the sound quality is loud and clear for my small house. Just what I was looking for! (And it only took me about 30 seconds to connect my iPad via bluetooth; that's what I call user-friendly.)

Really like this boombox. The sound is great, it is small and portable. I mostly wanted this for when the electricity is out so I could listen to music to fall asleep. Very pleased that I could use both batteries and plug it in. Two things I do not care for: there is no antenna so you have to physically move the whole thing around until you pick up signal and I don’t like the volume control because it isn’t a dial that you adjust. It is a button that you click that has a fixed amount of sound and to me, it goes from dead quiet to very loud, no in-between at all. It is still perfectly nice and usable but for those two things, I cannot recommend it.

I purchased this to play cd's at my son's wedding out of state. When the time came, the volume control did not work, so everything was at one level - LOUD. Needless to say this put a damper on the music, so we only played a little piece of the first 3 songs (which were played during the ceremony itself). There were THREE of us trying to get it work. I requested a refund/exchange from Amazon, only to be told "Sorry, it's been more than 30 days". I hadn't thought about that when I purchased it, because it was one of the lightning deals, and the wedding was only 6 weeks away, and that was the only reason for buying it. I contacted the company, and they were no help. They needed me to have it in my possession, but I had left it with my son where he lives. So I had him contact them, he was told they didn't know what the problem was, and for me to contact Amazon again. While carefully wording an email to the company, my son called me to say the unit somehow mysteriously works now - he doesn't know what he did, so I'm not confident the problem won't show up again.

An Awesome Boom Box At a great price I use my Boom box With my go groove Sound Bar Paired with My Optical Digital to analog Converter with remote by dingsun you say the boom box is loud that's what i wanted with max volume of 32 this boom box makes an awesome addition to my surround sound system!!!!

UPDATE: This device is garbage! I bought it because I needed a Bluetooth speaker as well as a CD player and I enjoy listening to AM/FM radio. I actually needed all of those functions to work. Two months in the Bluetooth stopped working. Now the back light doesn't work. This means I can't see which function is on, what station I'm turning to, if CD is set to repeat.... this Boombox is just junk! The CD's do still play and the radio works but I could have paid half the price for a boombox that does only those things so I'm pretty disappointed. 2 months after purchase: 3 Stars- I bought this "Boombox Bluetooth Speaker with CD Player and FM Radio" because I wanted and expected it to be a boombox that can play my Bluetooth, CD's and FM radio. Unfortunately for me, after 2 months the Bluetooth stopped working. It no longer sinks with our devices. The good news is that the CD player works as expected. Also, the FM player does well and I seem to get all of my local stations just fine.

the lowest setting on the volume is much louder than it should be. The player is cheap. Mine broke/quit working in just a couple years.

I love that it has a bluetooth and I can listen to whatever I want on my phone! I do use it in my home office and have noticed that the volume doesn't get very low for a small space. If I need it really low I have to use the bluetooth and control it from my phone.

Worked straight out of the box: Bluetooth, Radio & CD player. Sounds great in the Kitchen. Bluetooth seems to have a long range. Didn't need to read the operating instructions. Very simple to operate. Couldn't be happier. Will make a posting later if anything changes.
