Craig Frames 74030 20 x 24 Inch Faux Gray Barnwood Picture Frame Matted to Display a 16 x 20 Inch Photo

Pure mdf frame. Your color/finish "choice" is a thin paper glued on. Arrived damaged. Thin, wobbly plastic "pane" that is so cheap it is half opaque (milky colored). Thin corrugated cardboard back. I have received some cheap stuff in my time, but this is unreal. Returned immediately upon opening.

This frame is crap. It looked super nice but it’s supposed to come with a film on both sides of the acrylic. I got the first layer of film off with no problem on the second side where they put this huge sticker saying there are is film on both sides of this there’s no film. I tried everything possible to get a start on this film that’s supposed to be there and it’s not there. I took scissors and made little cuts in a tiny corner in hopes of starting the film to be able to peel it and it went right to the acrylic which means there’s no film there. Now I can’t use it because there’s this obnoxious sticker on the acrylic that won’t come off

I purchased this frame to display a watercolor painting my daughter made. I was disappointed that it was advertised to come with a 16x20 mat and I did not receive one. I also did not realize that it had plexiglas instead of real glass covering the picture and the barn wood finish doesn't meet my expectations. Very disappointed that I spent 45 dollars on the frame. Not worth it especially without the mat. The only good thing I can say is it was packaged very well for shipping. Think twice before buying.

I am so disappointed in this frame. I am not sure it is worth the hassle of sending such a large (I ordered the 20x24) item back. Two of the corners of the frame had gaps (pictured). The wood like portion is made of material that is very cheap and plastic feeling and there is no glass but acrylic, which is stated and does make the frame very light weight, but combined with the overall poor quality of the frame just feels like one more reason this frame is not worth nearly $60. I would not have expected to pay more than $20 for this had I known the quality in advance.POOR QUALITY! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

This is a very nice frame, it fits the photo exactly as expected, and it is lightweight which is nice for hanging. I was slightly disappointed that the photo covering is plastic and not glass - as it tends to collect dirt/dust/fogs up easier than it would if it were glass. I prefer glass over photos - especially a 16x20 photo that appears so prominently on the wall. It is a really nice frame, I just think a glass panel instead of plastic would take it up a notch on presentation

Frame was light weight and a nice color. The front panel is plastic that had an insane amount of static cling to it and made it difficult to frame without every piece of fuzz in the area not rushing to it. I would have preferred a glass panel but the plastic does it’s job. Overall happy and for the size I suppose the price isn’t bad.

This is a really lovely frame. The wood texture and color are great. But note that it has the cheaper backing system where you bend the little metal pieces instead of the nicer version where you rotate the pieces into the frame. So if you reframe multiple times, they might start to snap off. Just something to be aware of. Overall a good frame for the money.

I have spent hundreds and I mean hundreds on frames and mats for art we have bought during our travels. I love these frames. I can’t say enough good things about them. They arrived sooner then I expected and each and every frame is just perfect. I know many people want glass but my local ACE hardware sells glass panes for under $5 so if I really want it I can get it for far less than any frame store near me. Will buy more frames from this company.
