Just started using my vibrating plate and loving it !It will certainly be a huge booster while doing some exercises on it and strongly believe I will have great results. Already feeling my circulation has improved … the limphatic results will come quickly too 👌It arrived well packed, delivered next day to my door. The machine is just perfect in size , it’s robust and it’s programm easy to use .Would totally recommend it and I did lots of research prior to purchasing mine, this is / wasMy best choice !!!!Loving it

I wasn’t too sure about the claims made for this product but thought it was worth a go. We’ll let me tell you it is amazing. In no time at all I am more supple than I have ever bean and feel and looked totally toned. Excellent quality and very quiet whilst in use. As everyone else has said …. Could do with some decent instructions but a quick google resolves that issues. Worth the money. Go on treat yourself - your nose will thank you for it. Why did you choose this product over others?:Quality, functionality, feedback and reviews and cost. Noise level:Very quiet. Surprised thought it would be nosier.

Quite small compared to vibration plate I had previously. However it works well. Good vibration

This board is excellent for getting the lymphatic system moving. I am all for alternative therapies, healthy eating and supplements over visiting the doctors for medication. I use to own a Flabelos machine which became to big for my home. This is as good as that machine but small and compact. I would definitely recommend.The noise level is very quiet, it also has many speeds and programs. It is very sturdy and built amazing. It is great fun to use, even my 16 year old daughter enjoys it. I sometimes get restless legs and this has been amazing for that too, along with the pain that comes with leg day in the gym.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Works perfectly and linked to my Bluetooth so can play music through it whilst exercising. Feels powerful , have used about 5times so far since receiving it last week. It feels sturdy, i am hoping it helps with lipodema

Very easy so far to use. Finally have something I can work out with that will help me. Since being very ill it is a challenge to impossibility to do a work out. So easy, I use it 40 minus approx 3 times a week. So many complaining about lack of instructions, it's works all the muscles used it 3 times and can see a difference, experimenting with the remote fun to use with music.This is fantastic. I can feel my muscles being worked and rippling, it's pretty quiet, I just press it on and play, it works on a timer for 10 mins. It's got a good weight to it, great value for money, so happy with this purchase.

A decent vibra plate with possibly the worst instruction manual I have ever seen. The foot plate is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever stood on - a real medieval torture unless you wear sturdy shoes. I replaced this with a flat 5mm rubber sheet and now it is in use almost daily. The programmes you have to work out for yourself and the display might as well just be flashing lights as there is nothing to tell you how or what it is all about. That all been said the machine has helped aching muscles and the remote control is useful. The Bluetooth function seems a little unnecessary but I have used it on the odd occasion. It is light enough to store away easily.
