It seemed thin, but I purchased an air conditioner, and air comes through the vents. I used this and all drafts are gone, keeping them behind the plastic. A great product indeed, east to install. This is an affordable and effective way to improve window insulation during the winter. The kit includes four clear sheets of shrink film, double-sided tape, and easy-to-follow instructions. It helps reduce drafts and increase warmth by sealing gaps around windows. The application process is simple, using a hairdryer to shrink the film tightly. However, it's a temporary solution, and the film may not be as durable as more permanent insulation options. Overall, it's a cost-effective and quick solution for improving window energy efficiency.

Incredibly easy to install!! Measuring out the size of plastic need was very easy and I just simply cut it to size. The double sided tape, which is included, is extremely easy to put around the window. The tape is extremely sticky and wasn’t hard to peal away the protective label. Then affixing the plastic to the tape around the window was so easy. To ensure a tight fit, I ran the hairdryer over it blowing hot air to smooth out the wrinkles. The plastic is strong and durable. So far I have had it up for a month and it works well. No more cold drafts coming through.

This product is easy to apply to windows, but after some time it becomes wrinkled again and needs to be re-hair dryered. Also if the window is drafty, the adhesive can come off after a while. Still, the room is noticeably warmer after using this product.

As I have always used a window kit in the winter, this was not a new product for me. I tried other tape around the window to seal. Nothing works as good as 3M tape. There no peeling; it’s sealed (nothing gets in or go out); it’s easy to use and will last until it is taken down. I don’t use anything else. Love it!!

Works as described. If you have leaky windows you need this product summer or winter this will work to keep the wind and either heat or cold out! Easy Insta and good quality.

Great! I have some old windows that are broken and need to be replaced but my slumlord won’t. So I got these and it makes a huge difference! My AC is no longer blowing right out the window. Perfect product. Highly recommend!

I followed directions for installing the plastic. Very easy to put up size was perfect. Product shipped immediately. Only issue was the double sided tape it came loose on a few windows allowing air to come in. Was an easy fix and I will buy this product again
