Is there a way to test the sound and change the settings with an app, if so which one?

No. This isn't designed to use Bluetooth or WiFi for making adjustments. It does 4 things. 1-line converter; 2-Separate EQ for front, rear & bass; 3-Bass volume correction (eliminates the compromise the factory makes) and 4-Time/phase alignment (front/rear and side to side). Look at the Audio Control DM-608 or DM-810 for Android, iOS or PC for complete digital control.

How good this processor equalize the bass on the oem stereo??

The processor equalize the bass on a OEM Stereo very well. I have a solo baric 10 in my truck and it hits pretty hard

How would i connect the inputs if i have aftermarket hu? rca to speaker wire? i wish this had rca inputs.

Through your HU speaker wires. But i would recommend you to get the Audio Control DQDX that has rca inputs only, which also has an additional crossover feature.
