BodyTech Glutamine Powder Unflavored (23.82 oz./150 Servings)

Without this product I would feel my age of 63, all old bent over and in pain most of the day. This product has no flavor, dissolves well in and 8oz drink. Loosens up my tight joints so I can feel young again, maybe 50 years old. Every morning and before I do some yard work, down it goes. I purchase 4-8 containers at a time. Great value for the price, easy to mix in flavored drink. Taking Glutamine without flavor is not good, trust me. Shipping was very fast and box was intact when delivered.

It's supposed to be unflavored but it does taste a little bit sweet for some reason. I'm not a chemist or whatever but I'm sure there is a reason for that. I don't know if this stuff actually works or if I just don't work out as hard as I used to but I know that I don't feel sore for as long of a period of time as I did before I started taking it. I have experimented a little bit by not taking it for about a week and I did have to cut back on the frequency of my muscle group focused workouts. Try it. Not much to lose. It's inexpensive.

I use it to recover and supress hunger. I throw it in with my proteins and creatine after working out.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the bottle now. It mixes fine for me as I take it with protein and creatine after every workout. Results wise I can't say for sure as it's a little soon.Between the creatine and the glutamine (both are this brand), I'm definitely notice larger than normal weekly strength gains and recovery time between sets, as well as full recovery between my workouts.Whereas I did a cycle of 600g of creatine and then no creatine for 2 weeks, and now 4 weeks of creatine and glutamine I can definitely say the results went from on to off to back on again, just can't say for sure if the glutamine has done much more than the creatine alone.

Okay I really love this stuff! It's super easy to dissolve and in my case it works. Before whenever I had an extreme workout I usually get sore as anyone would. I didn't want to get sore anymore because it would prevent me from working out for a couple of days and so decided to try this out. This stuff actually works surprisingly. I don't know if it's in my head or what but it's working and I can have more extreme workouts without having the soreness the next day. I still have my rest days, so don't think I'm working out everyday. So ever since I've been using this my workouts have been more efficient.

I have been using it for to months so far. The powder is flavorless BUT if you add too much it will thicken and turn into a slime that is hard to stomach unless further diluted. I am pleased with how fast it shipped (less than two days) and it was safely packaged and fully sealed.
