I expected this to taste really fishy but it doesn't. This gives a ramen or misso a unique taste. Love it.

I drink miso soup everyday. But could not make it without these Dashie granules to make the broth! These dissolve so easily and are delicious in My Soup! I'm thankful that they give me such a great cup of soup!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's real! Real dashi. I hope for a better pricing, but no doubt for its authenticity.
