A good set of batteries with honestly rated capacity
This review is for the 4 pack of AAA sized batteries. These batteries seem to be good and have a capacity that is as advertised. No long term testing has been done on these batteries yet here. These batteries do not come with a plastic case holder. These batteries are made by Ansmann and have a package written in German however the actual batteries say "Made in China" on them. The batteries have black tops. So far these are as advertised so I have no complaints, they have more than the stated capacity of 800mah which is normal. Mine clocked in at 821, 821, 848 and 838 when run through a discharge-refresh cycle on the Lacrosse BC-700 charger. They also did not arrive completely discharged so I know they were not sitting around for years and years before being sent to me (which is bad if you are buying rechargable batteries). This is within specifications so I know the manufacturer is not lying about battery capacity here like so many others do. A pack of 4 AAA alkaline batteries cost five dollars or more at the retail store here so paying just over seven dollars for these was a great deal even if they last 100 cycles. Most batteries are rated for much longer than 100 cycles so I expect to get my money's worth out of these batteries. This is just a pack of 4 rechargable batteries, you need to already own a charger if you are buying these.

Very impressed!
Very impressed with these batteries. When charging these with my powerex c-9000 charger, they are almost identical and always over 800mah.

Ansmann-Very good batteries - Maudites bonnes batteries
Those batteries either in size AAA or AA are very durable. They last very long and won't discharge even if they are put aside for a long time. I highly recommend both sizes ... I don't understand why those aren't available in Canada.Ces batteries que ce soit en format AAA ou AA sont très bonnes pour garder leur puissance. Elles ne se déchargeront pas même si vous êtes longtemps sans les utiliser. Hautement recommandé... je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi ces batteries ne sont pas vendues au Canada.

Top Performers... Very Well Made High Quality Cells
These a very high quality cells that at least equal the performance of Enoloop cells. Though at this time I cannot attest to long-term storage or charge/discharge cycle life. However I have no reason to believe that it will not be at least equal to the better batteries from the top manufacturers.

Great rechargagable battery. Works as promised.
I have only used them for a few months since my purchase in May of this year. They seem to work exactly as advertised by the vendor, which is excellent.

Best brand for rechargeables.
You cannot go wrong with this brand. We just went through a power outage and our batteries were charged and ready for the lanterns. We use them in all of our remotes too. The battery case is great too.. no more loose batteries in drawers.

Fantastic rechargeables
Ansmann makes some of the best rechargeable batteries. Period. Very, very reasonable pricing for the high quality that you get. We tried them out with a small charger and one set of AA and AAAs for our kids toys and we love them. Friends of mine use Ansmann in commercial production and love their agility, durability and longevity. Try them out today!

Don't Last
I bought some of these to use in a digital clock and small LED cycle light. Of the 4 I received, one wouldn't take a charge after its first use (using an Ansmann Energy 8 charger), another two only lasted a few months so now I'm left with one battery which isn't much use.If they'd been cheap, batteries, I wouldn't mind so much, but I paid extra hoping for something decent. I've been sorely disappointed.

Not good batteries!
Annsman batteries are not good. They do not hold their charge and when they do, don't last very long. I have quite a few and I find them very unreliable in my GPS. Won't buy them again!

Disappointed.
These came highly recommended, however in just 8 months in our cordless phone 2 have stopped taking a full charge. Very disappointing.

All perfect
Arrived swiftly enough and even though these came all the way from Germany and the price included postage, it still worked out cheaper than buying them from UK suppliers at the time. They look the part although they are a little shinier than the last batch of the same product I bought through the same company, they're clearly 'as described'.
