Helps me fall back to sleep if I wake up.
I was skeptical that this could help me sleep but it does! I chew one tablet about an hour before I want to sleep. I usually wake up and can't quiet my mind to fall back to sleep, but this actually helps me fall back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. The taste is tart and not unpleasant and I don't wake up with that hazy feeling that I get if I had taken Advil PM or Tylenol PM. I highly recommend!

Very Effective
This is highly effective in helping sleep and get back to sleep in early morning awakenings. It also can help me with anxiety.

Causes burning headaches
I started taking these and then after less than a week I start getting these headaches that were really bad, so bad that they caused the back of my head to burn.

After a Month on this product
I do have anxiety which unfortunately can turn in to anger and lashing out. It is so counterproductive in my life that I practice meditation, yoga, pilates, and other self-healing concepts. All of them have helped in their own way but this product has taken the edge or the big chip I was waiting to live without. I still suffer from some anxiety but it is less to where I can choose to calm my self with all the tools I have learned in my practices. I have to say I really appreciate this product and take it before bed every night which helps me sleep soundly.

Seems to work ok but taste is unpleasant
Took for the first time last night, I thin’ it did help me fall back asleep but the taste was really awful…like a sour sweet tart without the good tasting aspect of it. The taste took awhile to go away, not what you want in the middle of the night

Clams me down
I really wasn’t expecting these to be so good but they have been great!! They have helped to clam me down when I feel stressed out. I would definitely recommend them.

Tastes awful
It really does taste horrible. But I'm sure it works. The company is pretty reputable and I buy other products from them
