Nice quality lids, fit tightly
I have 2 sizes of old Crate and Barrel "working" glasses, I believe they used to be called "jelly jar" glasses. The original lids I purchased to go with them were more pliable and could not be put in the dishwasher or their shape was ruined. The old lids had a logo with a man shooting an arrow and the word "France" on them (see lid in picture). These lids that I ordered recently from Amazon fit well, very snugly. They are not as pliable, fit very snugly and are advertised to allow you to stack glassware; i can see where that would be possible. The measurements in the picture are accurate. I like these a lot and was relieved to find them, now if I can train family members not to run them through the dishwasher!

The fit is good but the material is cheap.
These lids fit nicely but feel flimsy, the material feels cheap. The price is good for the quantity provided and they have helped me with my resolution to use more glass containers and less plastic.

With lids, the drinking Luminarc glasses are wonderful for food storage.
Since the Luminarc glasses are becoming less accessible (currently not on Amazon but now at Williams Sonoma by order) I'm hoarding some extra lids so that if they become obsolete I can continue to use my drinking glasses to refrigerate, freeze, and store foods in space-saving containers that all use the same size lid. No more struggling with mismatched containers and lids! At first these lids are a bit stiff and tight, but they snap on when I press with the heel of my hand.

They don't fit. Too small.
Boo. I should have listened to other reviewers about these lids, because they were right. They are too small for my Luminarc working glasses. Not what they claim to be.

Handy way to use glasses
These lids fit over glasses perfectly making the glass a great way to store egg whites or yolks or anything you want covered. It makes drinking glasses more versatile. I love having a bunch. I had only two originally, but I bought six and am so glad to have them.

Fits perfectly. Not sure why some reviewers have said otherwise. Not name brand but same or better quality and identical fit.

Love these except for the cost
Great lids but very expensive

Snug fit
Tops wear out. Go missing. We had the Luminarc work glasses but were short on tops. These are good replacements. They fit.
