Noisy and heavy
I loved my little dremel for ten bucks from walmart I got over 12 years ago until it died.. This thing was blaring loud until you bear down on something and even then it still screams sometimes and you have to turn it on and off again. I am going to probably just ditch it and get another brand. It feels heavy, and cheap. Looked so good too.The company saw my review and immediately responded by sending me another dremel for free all shipping paid. This was very kind of them. The new one does the exact same thing. The loud screaming comes and goes the whole time im using it. I guess I could get used to it.. My old one never did this. I understand there is some noise to be expected.. this goes way over the top. The company was fair in trying to resolve the issue. The tool does work tho no problems there.. It just ear splitting.

Nope
Update in review: I was provided a full refund and it came very fast. Customer service seems nice and easy to work with. However they flooded my email asking me to change my review and update it with how customer service is. So I’m here to tell you they worked fast and provided me a refund.Instructions are not helpful. No idea how to use this. Unable to get deffeeent tools in an out easily, let alone properly. Waste of money and returning for a legit tool that works.

Great Product - For the Price
This product is a great starter tool, if you are curious about getting into small stone carving, or carving out small crevices. This tool is NOT made for high intensity projects of pressure when being used. If you apply to much pressure, this bit will start slipping and eventually become unusable. This is a great tool for smaller bit of work, on softer woods and plastics.I see a lot of comments about how this tool broke instantly, and personally I couldn't imagine how they would break it so easily? I put a lot of pressure on this little guy as a stress test and it held up really well.Would buy again.

Fits the need
I was looking for a low cost way to cut some plastic sheeting. This rotary tool fit the bill. If you just need some simple task done then it's ok. The low rpm was enough to do the job. While I looked around I attached the sanding one and touched up a table, go figure I found a few things to do with the darn thing. Keep the needs simple and, so far, you can't go wrong.

Well, not as powerful as you will think
It it like a kids tool, although I could use it for some simple task. It is not as powerful as I expected, take more time to do a simple task with it. I'll keep it anyways, but plan to buy a more strong one soon.

Veraitility.
For the money and versality to say nothing for the convenience of ordering over the Net, its HARD to beat. The multitude of uses is simply amazing. And, the unit recharges very quickly with a RED/Green Light showing completion of the charge. Handling and applying is also quite comfortable Buy one--you won't be sorry ! I'm certainly not !!Capt. Light weight and battery powered - good for delicate work.
This is a light duty tool that cannot compare in quality with a Dremel tool, but the price is good and it handles delicate jobs better than my Dremel. I am finding it to be very useful. My main complaint is with the collets which come only in two sizes (compared with Dremel's four), and are not interchangeable with Dremel collets.

for the money its unbeatable.
I am working on a project with the kids, we wanted something cheep and something could do the job, this one did the job and on budget. it is not a quality product, but it will the job,, not a demanding job obviously,, you get what you pay for. For the price, i couldn't be happier.
