Smooth Operator
Good grip, smooth ink and writing. Love the multiple colors, works extremely well for what I do. Wish it weighed a tad more. I prefer a slightly heavier pen in hand.

Dr.GRIP
I’m not gonna lie, this is my favorite pen of all time. It’s so good I didn’t even use chatty to write a fake review. I want to tell you to get a Dr.Grip pen and all the ink. Plus the name is so elite

Y’all!
Y’all! This pen is amazing! First of all, I’m obsessed with pens, they’re amazing and if you haven’t had a moment where you use a really nice pen and fall in love you’re lying to yourself! Anyway, I judge pens on how they feel when writing firstly, and this pen writes really well! All of the colors do! It doesn’t bleed, it’s not super thick lines but also easily readable! The colors are really nice! But the BIGGEST thing I absolutely love is the fact that there is a mechanical pencil added in! Like it’s one thing to have multiple pen colors in one but to also have a pencil option pushes it over the edge for me! Yes it was expensive for one (technically more than one) pen, but if you’re like me and you love pens, or you’re just looking for a good quality pen with multiple options and actually hold on to your pens for awhile, then this is the pen for you!

Good high quality pen and very expensive
Pen functionality is top notch but ink durability is less , one of the color ink emptied so quick , and the replacement ink cartridges are very expensive though ..

This is the adult version of the pen we always wanted as kids!
I have arthritis and recently had carpal tunnel surgery. This pen is thick and weighty so it is easy to grip and doesn't make my hand hurt when I write. Having all the colors I need in one pen is great. No need to search around for all the things I need when marking up paperwork for work. This is the grown up version of the pen we all wanted in grade school and our parents said we didn't need. Well I have one now and it has a mechanical pencil. Writes smooth and does not smudge. Highly recommend for people that need to write in multiple colors or just want that pen they never got as a kid.

One of my favorite multi-function pens
The ink on these pens is amazing! The pens have the smoothness of a gel pen while also having quick drying speeds like a ballpoint. I've tried a few other brands, such as the Uni Jetstream, but I loved Pilot's Dr. Grip the most. It's important to know that all 4+1 pens will never have a great pencil feature, but I feel like Dr. Grip has the best for its class and has served me very well during school. My only complaint is that the pencil clicker is strange as you have to use the clip of the pen, but it's something that you will adjust to rather quickly.

Comfort for tight grippers
I hold my pens incredibly tight and hard, and I never notice this until it's too late and my dominant hand is fatigue. The Pilot Dr. Grip alleviates the pain for longer, has a great ink, good lead (you can put your own!), and is heavy, but not enough that it tires to hold.I just wish refilling the ink was less messy, and expensive.
