After having Bypass surgery I have taken several vitamins. Was taking handfuls of vitamins. After being on a blog for bypass patients several of them had switched to taking prenatal vitamins. So I switched I have been taking these vitamins now for 8 years. I have since had two children which both I did not have problems with anything. Several of my friends said that prenatal vitamins made them sick. I did not have this problem and after recommending this to others neither did they.As far as the previous review for hair skin and nails try Maxi-Hair from country life. Also one of my favorites.

Love these prenatal vitamins. I used them with my first pregnancy and now with my second. With both I could take these on an empty stomach. My midwife checked them out and says they are great! I tried the one a day with my first and they made me so sick I had to them at bedtime. Then I noticed they had red dye in them. Yuck!

After reading up on things to take for mood changes from taking birth control, I bought this for a family member. Don’t know how, but it works!! She’s back to her sweet self!!!

I ordered these for my wife, without realizing you have to take 5 a day. I'm sure they are fine vitamins, but they should go above and beyond to make it clear that you must take 5 a day. I don't feel that they've done that. My wife wasn't thrilled with having to take vitamins so many times a day. She prefers a one or two a day vitamin.

I have been using these vitamins for over two years. The nutritional count is a great fit for me, even when I'm not pregnant. If I skip more than a couple days, I feel my energy levels drop significantly. The only downside is that they are not plant-based, which is what I usually look for. For the price, these are a great option.

I have few nails with ridge. I took biotin 2.5 mg.. and didn't work. I took other vitamins and never saw a change on my nails.I found these vitamins for pregnant women and thought, why not? Well, after more than half of the jar, I noticed changed on my nails and hair. The ridges of those couple of nails are totally gone now that the jar is almost finished. Well, I am back to buy this supplement. I love my nails now, don't want them to go back.

Un suplemento vitamínico muy completo, de los que más.Un matiz, hecho en falta mayor cantidad de ácido fólico.Yo lo estoy tomando para el embarazo y estoy satisfecha.

No me da nada de confianza tomar un producto que viene abierto. Muchas de las pastillas vienen partidas a la mitad, no trae la cantidad que dice. Llevo años usando este producto, no estoy embarazada pero es bastante completo en general. No entiendo tampoco que ahora venga el bote con un tamaño doble que antes pero la misma cantidad, me parece un gasto de plástico innecesario. Para saber si la pastilla es igual que siempre debo empezar a tomarlas de nuevo

He consumido estas pastillas en dos embarazos y lactancias y estoy bastante contenta.El único pero es que tenía que tomar más de una y que salen bastante caras de precio.Pero como es para una temporada no me ha importado hacer la inversión y así estar segurade que estaba tomando todas las vitaminas que necesitaba.

Unas vitaminas buenas. Yo las tomó ahora que estoy dando el pecho a mi bebe y me van genial. Me noto más activa.
