Did a good job
Used it to cut through (7) pieces of 8020 aluminum extrusion: 80mm x 20mm. Made a relatively clean cut on each. Avid Benchtop Pro CNC with 3.25hp Porter Cable router, 13000 rpm, 80"per min feed rate, 0.016" depth of cut. No coolant but I did have to stop after each finished cut to set up the next piece. Used that time to also use a wire brush to clean off AU on the bit. Had no melting or welding.

Works great in a wide range of materials including wood, plywood, MDF, & plastics.We use these bits everyday in the makerspace that I manage. I have never broken a bit of this type.
