This was my first weight lifting belt. It was very comfortable to wear and easy to put on and off. Loved it a lot. Used it for almost a year until I lost enough weight to where it doesn't fit me no more. Gave it to a friend and now he uses it daily too.

Supports like any belt. Decent quality, easy to use velcro. Stabilizes core for heavy lifts at home velcro might not be for commercial gym type of use but protects your back and works well at home gym.

Lo compré para mi novio y le ha gustado mucho. Lo usa para levantar pesas en el gimnasio.Recomiendo se tomen sus medidas exactas ya que el rango mostrado en imágenes es el mismo del producto- no es como esos artículos ajustables que realmente son más pequeños/grandes

I ordered the belt as i’m quite into weight lifting and have been looking for something on the cheaper side to protect my back.This belt honestly is one of my best purchases yet, extremely comfortable and well made. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is currently in the market for a belt.
