I have a field mouse that I found a baby one . Her name is little bit. She loves loves loves this wheel. I like that she is not sitting in her own waste . And she is so much fun to watch climbing on the wheel and going all the way around and upside down. She’s a riot. :)

Our hamster- a Siberian Dwarf- loves to run on her wheel. I do have to use a dab of butter on the turning mechanisms when it starts to squeak, but other than that, it is easy to clean, and runs smoothly. I like that it is made of coated metal.

The mice loved it. Only problem . It needs to be oiled every once in a while. Or the noise will keep you awake.lol

It's really easy to clean but it's starting to rust and I haven't even had it very long and all I did was wipe it with a mild soap and water on a rag. And it wasn't noisy at first but now that it's rusting it's getting really squeaky

This is not quiet at all. its Very very squeaky. will keep you up at night

Like most of the stuff. It needs a maintenance and to moisturize the parts that are attached to each other. I use Vaseline, it works the best!

This wheel is really quiet and doesn't stay with a urine puddle you still need to wash it but the hamster doesn't sit and run in it like the plastic ones. I have a Chinese dwarf hamster and this size (6 inch) fits her perfect. Not all dwarf hamsters will do well with this wheel you'll need a 4 inch for certain dwarfs they'd never be able to move this wheel. Happy running, oh and she has game when she runs she stops and the g force pulls her around at least one time if not two pretty cool she just holds on

Lots of friction and my gerbils can hardly make it roll. Also noisy. Poorly made
