Nice quirky little item, good fun!I tend to buy the largest organic free range eggs I can find. In all honesty it tends to be a bit hit and miss and sizes vary. Obviously, the larger the egg, the longer the cooking time. Don't try to microwave undercooked eggs! That will lead you down a bitter, tear stained path.

I know it sounds sad but I really struggle with boiling an egg to perfection.....no longer!

Not good goes white like others I've seen reviews of, clouds over hard to read, had to wipe hard to get to see through to read. I think it's the coating like plastic they use or process that's at fault.

just pop the colour changer egg timer in with the eggs and wait till the colour changes to the one you want - easy and reliable

Very accurate any easy to use. Very good value, have bought several and given them away to friends who were delighted to have them. Feedback from them is very positive. Recommend.
