Excellent for UTI. My 6 months suffering had gone within a weeks use of De mannose powder.

I don't know what's the difference with white cap blue cap but whites better & still both Work better than any other brand's mannose do not buy something just because it's cheaper

Amazing. I love this powder I was buying the pills however tried the powder to try and save money and oh my goodness I’ll never go back it’s so much easier than taking 3-4 giant pills and it works quicker. I love this and it really helps me after having reoccurring UTI’s and going to the dr so much, it really prevents this and takes away symptoms I really love this stuff so much and feel a lot better after consistently sticking to taking it daily. 1tsp to 4 oz water 1-2X daily seems to be the best dosage on top of staying hydrated. It also doesn’t give me a stomach ache or nausea like some other lower quality brands so definitely worth it.

5 years ago I got a UTI. I had experienced 1, maybe 2 before in my early 30's and had a successful treatment and cure with antibiotics. Then, when I was 45, I got the mother of all UTI's after a long, long....... LONG night of sex with my husband. I went to Dr, got the antibiotics and in about 12 hours I started feeling better and during the coarse if the antibiotic treatment I felt better, I felt cured. 3 days after my last antibiotic the UTI symptoms came back fast and hard. I called the Dr, he prescribed a different antibiotic and I was on another 10 day course. This is how it would go. I get a Rx and I'd feel ok for anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, depending on our sex life. I tried everything from peeing after sex to washing after sex to not having sex to taking 1 antibiotic before sex to consuming huge amounts of cranberry and vitamin C and every other suggestion and combination out there. Nothing was working. I was miserable. I was suffering all the time. Out toilets were stained from Azo turning my urine red.... I was in a constant state of suffering that affected my entire being. My mind, my body, even my soul.... Then, one day I was talking to my my sister in law who shared with me that she too was suffering with reoccurring UTI's. She went to every Dr and tried everything, just as I had until one day the stars aligned and she went to a brand new urgent care where a young, female, Physicians assistant did a full blood work panel on her and determined it was an Ecoli bacterial UTI infection. The Phys Asst says to her " Have you ever heard of D'mannose"? She explained the theory behind D'mannose and prescribed it to her. Reluctantly my S.I.L tried it while silently cursing the Phys Asst for not giving her more antibiotics. This was 8 years ago and my sister in law has never had a UTI since. So, through my tears and as I listened to her story I jumped on Amazon and ordered D'mannose for next day delivery. I waited with intense anticipation and when it finally arrived, I put 1 TBS in 3 oz of water. Now I was peeing timy bits every few minutes from the intense UTI but I just kept taking 1 TBS in 3 oz of water, waiting 30 to 60 min then drinking 2 bottles of water now and I did this for about 5 hours and slowly but surely, the urge to pee was lessening! The pain was lessening! After I had done about 6 rounds I took another Azo and then another tbs of Dmannose with about 5 oz of water and I went to bed. I slept for about 4 hours and then I woke up, guzzled 1 bottle of water and went back to bed. I woke up in the morning pain free. It was incredible! When I did pee, I still had some Azo in me so I do want to note that but the Azo cleared out of my system shortly after and I still felt nothing! So for this next day, in the morning around 8 a.m I did 1 TBS in 3 oz of water, let it sit then an hour later I chugged one 16 oz bottle if water, waited 30 min then chugged another 16 oz water. Then, I did the same protocol with drinking the D'mannose mixture every 4 hours. By the early evening I was feeling 100% better, 100% normal..it was AMAZING So I did every 4 hours of this routine until bedtime around 11pm. I took my D'mannose with 3 oz of water and went to bed. Slept thru the night with maybe a few sips here and there of water to cure my thirst. Next morning I'm the happiest I've been in years. I felt AMAZING!! I did this regimen for 4 or 5 days. Then on day 6, I dropped the D'mannose regimen down to every 6 hours and maintained that all the way thru day 10. After day 10 I took 1 Teaspoon in 3 oz every night before bed. NOTE: I stopped the nightly maintenance regimen once and within 1 month I had another UTI. So I did the whole thing all over again but now, I keep the nightly maintenance going and now I have not had a UTI in over 5 years! D'Mannose is a miracle worker. Doctors who are old fashioned and believe in the old ways of Antibiotics will frown on D'mannose, I've had it happen but I am here to tell you that if you have been suffering with UTI'S then I would bet everything I own on telling you to stop hesitating, do not overthink it and just do it. You will get your life back!
