First off, the instruction are terrible. But, it is a basic Bluetooth device, so I did get it connected to my HP Elitebook for work. Doesn't seem to work. Kept dropping the connection when I tested with Skype Then to verify if it was the device is defective, I connected to my HP Pavillion desktop. Tested it with a Skype call to my phone. I can hear the voice mail announcement clearly. I left a message to verify the mic was working. Could not hear myself on the message. Tried again and had to shout to be heard on the message. I went to remove the device and Windows 10 showed "driver error". Seems to work with the and Android phone, but for the mic not picking up my voice.

Ok, I bought this so I could listen to my Audible books when out shopping or eating or such. No instructions included, but it's a basic Bluetooth hook up, and paired up with my Galaxy S10+ with no problem whatsoever. The battery has lasted for whenever I needed it to, but I charge it as soon as I've used it, so it has never been a problem... I don't know how long it lasts, but for what I bought it for, it's been awesome! I don't talk on the phone almost every, so I haven't had to use it for a phone call. The price was perfect, the item is very comfortable for my ear, and the sound works with what I want!

Alot louder than I expected and can be worn in either ear. Battery life is extremely satisfactory lasting almost 3 hrs straight and charging time is within the hour unless completely dead and in that case, just a lil more than an hour if that. I highly recommend this product it is a diamond in the rough.

The sound quality isn't great but since I only wear one earpiece when biking (so I can hear traffic etc) this earbud is a great value. The charger secures to the earbud with a magnet so there is no cord to break.

I ordered 3 of these ear buds. 2 were really great and 5 star rating! Was very pleased with them. The last one I got was not as good because everyone says they can not hear me when I am speaking to them. Sadly the last one would get a 1 star rating.

I liked this around the house to listen to iheart & utube and it is effortless while in the dark to one-handed snap it into the charger because the magnet is nice and strong but today when it said low bat the red charing light failed to come on, like so many other reviews. I ordered the LEZII which also has the manet snap-in the charger for a buck less and much better reviews.

Have had this for a few weeks now. Constantly drops calls. At first I thought it was just my phone service but tested calls with and without earbud. Earbud consistently makes phone hang up and lose call and never once lost a call while testing without the earbud.

**edit**After using for a couple months, the connection to my phone is terrible. It can barely make it from my pocket to my ear without regularly cutting out or losing connection completely. Very disappointed in this purchase.original review:It works well, but it's a bit bigger than other similar ones I've used. Due to the shape it sticks out more and is less discreet. It's a few bucks cheaper, though, and it works well.
